Who is he?

He’s a cardiologist, and he’s the dean for policy of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science at Tufts University.

He also receives millions of dollars in funding from the Gates Foundation.

This guy appears to have the credentials to know what’s going on as far as nutrition.

So why does he author studies that say Lucky Charms cereal and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are more healthier for you to consume than cooked beef?

Why does he author studies that say candy and cereal are healthier to eat than chicken and eggs?

This is what we are dealing with in America. Absolute corruption at the highest levels.

It’s so obvious that this has nothing to do with nutrition and everything to do with Green Energy Policy.

They don’t care about your health. I’d be willing to bet that this guy doesn’t eat candy and cereal.

Would be helpful to link the original sources where he actually wrote and/or said these things, rather than to just some site that says he said them.

this is about the food compass I'm guessing

It takes into account how 54 various nutrients, food ingredients, processing characteristics, phytochemicals and additives of foods positively or negatively impact health. The features of the nutrient system include equally considering healthful versus harmful factors in foods.

The characteristics and domains of the Food Compass were selected based on nutritional attributes linked to major chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular problems and cancer. Further, the risk of undernutrition, especially for mothers, young children and the elderly were also taken into account.

a lot of factors are used to make a determination which may be what is confusing OP. I can't get at the original study without a subscription to a journal.

Right? That "article" doesn't even have an author listed, and the About Us page for the website says, in its entirety: "trendeepro.com provides to you latest news keep supporting us to be the best." Seems legit.
