If I'm being honest, it's very rare for people to look more than five years younger than they are. Sure, there may be some who legitimately look 10 years younger, but it's not common at all. If you think someone looks 10 or 15 years younger than they are, take a much closer look at them...

but thats because most people lie about their age so we really do not know what people look like 30, 40, 50 etc...

I look younger.
Contrary to the stereotype often applied to people with diabetes > people with insulin deficiency. I exercise and am in great shape. Insulin and body building work pretty well together. Its anabolic.

When I was a teenager, people thought I was older than my age, perhaps because I was generally quiet and serious. From my 20s to around 60, people thought I was younger. Now in my early-mid 60s, I think I look my age, but some people think I’m in my 50s. When looking at pictures of my parents, they generally looked older than they were, but I think that was because of their hairstyles and the way they dressed. They didn’t really gray or get wrinkly until their 70s.

If 58 out of 61 people (95%) look younger than their age, then almost nobody looks their age so there's no basis for estimating how old someone is lol. You'd have to have a large percentage of people of any and every given age LOOK like that age in order to have a basis for guessing that age, or guessing that someone looks older or younger. But according to citydata, everyone looks younger hahaha. Therefore, people who look older than their age would actually look their age.
This poll is crocked, but fun.

Only the people that saw the topic and chimed in. Probably people who have people tell them they don't look their age all the time even answered this. So, it's skewed.

I don't think I look young but most people are shocked to hear that I have a 25-year old son.

When I was in my teens, I got quite tall for my age and people thought I was older.
Now I'm told I look good for my (senior) age.
I recently saw a reunion photo of a group of former students that were a year ahead of me in high school. They looked so much younger than me! My ego was soothed when I realized the photo was from a reunion 15 years ago.
