Neck arthritis: Which bed pillow is the best?

My neighbor has this problem and swears that cervical neck pillows are the best.

I also use a cervical neck pillow, but it is really a cervical neck roll. I started using it due to pinched nerves in my neck which caused problems down my arm. It is very comfortable and comforting and works well for me. I bought it on Amazon. I place it in the bottom of a pillowcase and a smaller pillow, not regular size, above it so my head is supported as well.
