I bought a Tempurpedic pillow at Costco on sale for $23.99. It's the best pillow I've ever owned. I liked it so much I went back and bought 5 more for all the beds.

I place it in the bottom of a pillowcase and a smaller pillow, not regular size, above it so my head is supported as well.
