Hi, can anyone recommend a cream that would fix a dark purple bruise left on my arm from looking for veins? Maybe something with arnica?

I have Arnica gel. I've been seeing a lot of essential oil ads lately for bruising. Helichrysum being touted for bruising. I have lots of oils, not many used for medicinal purposes. Helichrysum was always very expensive. I have no idea if it works or not, you could look into it.

Nothing that we ever sold in our store removed bruising. I would never recommend anything because a bruise is an accumulation of blood beneath the skin.

For the accumulation of blood, and blood products, all you need is time for them to be reabsorbed

If you really dont want to see the bruising, I recommend going to cosmetic section and getting a cover-up

Right after I posted, I banged the area below my knee, walking into a low table, ouch. Put the Arnicare cream on it immediately and never got a bruise. No idea how/why it works and maybe it's the placebo effect which is fine with me.

And I'm one who gets fingertip bruises if someone touches my arm.

I've also used the Arnica Montana homeopathic pellets under the tongue for decades.

Good thing you didn't bump your knee where there are a lot of blood vessels
