Eat Carbs To Get Lean - Top 10 Carbohydrate Foods For A Healthy Diet
I have eliminated simple carbs from my daily diet - no sugar, no white flour and it was surprisingly easy. I don't crave anything but an occasional piece of REALLY GOOD European style French or Italian bread.

I absolutely agree that we would all be healthier eating complex carbs and fresh vegetables. I can personally attest to how delicious Quinoa is. I eat quinoa like cous-cous, or prepare it for breakfast like oatmeal, I even bake with quinoa flour. Lots of protein in that grain.

Thanks for sharing the list 6/3!
