complex uterine cyst (cysts, ovary, doctor, cancer)

My internist just called to tell me that she found a complex cyst on my uterus and was concerned and wanted to make sure I had an appointment to see a Gynocologist which I do in two weeks. I am totally freaking out. Everything I am reading suggests it could be cancerous since it is a complex cyst not a simple cyst. If you have ever had a similiar problem please let me know how it worked out and what you had to do.

I was thinking there must be some cancer blogs/forums where people have had or know someone who has or had this and what helped them?

I've head ovarian cyst removed, it wasn't cancerous. Most of them are not, but they regrow. I'm not sure what uterine cyst is. Is it cyst on the wall of your uteros?
