Anger (how to, feeling, better, control)

I have a difficult time controlling my anger. I often will yell at someone when I'm angry. I hate that I do this. Not sure how to change it.

How do you deal with someone who upsets you?

Get a friend that will punch you in the mouth every time you do this.

If someone upsets me that much I just dont go around them.

You have to walk away or somehow give yourself a time out.

You never really feel better by yelling or swearing or whatever. In fact, it makes you feel worse. Anger is an uncomfortable feeling.

So when you feel your temperature rising, go for a walk and think about what you want to say and how you want to react.
