You have to walk away or somehow give yourself a time out.
You never really feel better by yelling or swearing or whatever. In fact, it makes you feel worse. Anger is an uncomfortable feeling.
So when you feel your temperature rising, go for a walk and think about what you want to say and how you want to react.
