Isn't fibromyalgia an auto-immune condition? Sounds as though your skin problems are related to that. All I can suggest is that there's a lot of buzz these days about bioidentical hormones. Maybe you should have your hormones checked. If all your problems started after 50, it's a good bet that lack of a balance of hormones has something to do with it.
