I have had my eye lid dance around for a while. You can see that though. It's the same thing kinda. A nerve ending but you can't see it.

I have heard some of these symptoms related to some kind of histamine reaction, in any event the B12 or antihistamine might work, If I eat too many grapes or rasins I get these flutters, I have also heard people who get them after working out or running.

You've explained my situation to a tee. I have the exact same issue. Have you found out anything more?

Could be L'hermittes or if you had a spinal, it's possible there is some nerve damage. Best to check with your doc, but BP medication won't cause that symtpom.

No, I just let it be. It has subsided considerably since I posted about a year ago. At the time I was jogging a lot and had just recovered some sort of injury during a jog (pull or tear in my hip joint). I assume the vibrations were a result of the injury.

Interesting, as I have had a spinal tap many years ago (~15-ish?), however, I only felt the vibrations in recent time.

I have constant vibibrarions that are not visable to anyone, they wake me and are stronger when I am at rest. I had a MRI two days ago and just got the report that everyting in my brain is normal. The neurologist said it is anxiety and gave me xanex to take twice a day. Okay no results no change, now he is wanting me to take it 3 x a day. If I do I will be the cheapest drunk in town, they really impair my balance. I am wondering if it has something to do with the heart, as I do have high bloodpressure. I take Lyrica for my neuropathy) and the Dr said it is not a reaction to the meds. however after reading the side affects I am wondering if he might be wrong.Any ideas from you

I have fibro too and I get all sorts of weird sensations. Vibrating, tingling, buzzing, and sometimes one of my toes will develop a life of its own. I used to get it a lot in my cheeks and nose, but now I don't so much anymore.

I used to get it a LOT when I tried jogging. Especially in my feet.

I have recently been feeling body "vibrations" for lack of a better word...it seems to mostly happen at work and mostly in my hip area...does anyone have any ideas about what it could be...
b12 deficiency seems unlikely as i have no other symptoms...any/all ideas welcomed
