Grandson is sounding alot better. Cool mist vaporizers seemed to really help. We take him back to Dr Thursday. Both great grandparents have been sick now for a week, but seemed to be getting better. We meet people at the door and tell them not to come in because we do not want them to get sick...actually we don't want him to pick up anything else that is going around. To other parents that have been through this....were you weary on getting your child out after the all clear? What do you do when you take your child out in public? We wipe shopping carts off with Lysol wipes, and don't let him handle anything that isn't his. Is there anything else we can do?
Thanks!

Old post, but wanted to seek any new experiences or input.

As new parents we're dealing with this and our son is only 5 months old. Came from his 1st week at daycare. Thankfully, his condition is improving (no more vomiting, happy self back) but the cough lingers. Been about 9 days.

Now I have it...started with me yacking followed by a fever and heavy congestion. This sucks. I'm being careful as possible, but worried our son can "re-catch" this bug so soon?
