I moved on saturday. Did most of the work myself (I'm and old 45 yr old woman)(I dont mean all 45 yr olds are old, I mean my body is old). Anyway I woke up sunday and my right arm is half asleep and in a lot of pain. Kind of like when your body part is waking up from being totally asleep but its not changing. Been this way for 2 days now.

Any thoughts???

You have a compression neuropathy, likely from sleeping in a specific position with your arm either bent or against something that compressed one of the nerves. It'll get better, but it might take a while.

Moving is tension producing and probably creating tightness in your neck area.

Yeah--sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck/shoulder area. I've had it where it numbs my pinkie or creates pain in my forearm.
It will go away eventually--or at least, it should! Good luck!
