A study at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston showed that eating a diet rich in Berries and Grapes had a profound effect on slowing the aging process. The anti aging polyphenol compound is called ''Pterostilbene'' and it's found mainly in Grapes, Stawberries, Blueberries and Blackberries.
