Has anyone tried this? How long have you been using it? What are your thoughts on it? I think if you're going to do a colon cleanse, it's one of the few that aren't dangerous or fake. It's more an oxygen therapy. If you've experienced benefits from it, please share if you don't mind. Thanks.

What is all this Colon Cleaning I hear so much about?

As far as I know, the Colon is a self-cleaning organ.

It might need a little help occasionally in the form of a stool softener or mild laxative, but why would it need a major cleaning procedure?

You might get better responses on curezone. This board has a lot of people who attack the alternative methods to health and threads get annoying really fast.

I personally have not used that one. I prefer dietary, herbal or fasting techniques for colon issues.
Its cheap and works. If you do use that one just make sure you get a healthy does of digestive bacteria while on it and afterwards. I like "goodbelly" pro-biotic fruit shots. The strawberry is to die for.

Thanks, pitt. Those are good but I'm looking for oxygen therapy. I know about the attacking what they don't understand. They hear reports on scams and think they're all scams. I don't know of any other highly recommended o2 therapies, do you?

There are so many reasons; build up of garbage from certain foods and lack of others, candida, blockages, etc.
