For starters my natural vision is as good as it gets however when underwater I cannot see things clearly. Is it normal for people's vision to be blurred underwater without the aid of goggles? You always see in movies people swimming around looking for an object... something I could not do unless it is it was completely obvious, then again they are movies.

Can anyone here see clearly underwater with the unaided eye?

It is perfectly normal for vision to be blurred underwater. The human eye is adapted to interface with air, not water. Using goggles or a mask preserves the air space around the eye and allows for normal vision.
