I just got my lab back and I had a past normal High Red Blood Cell Count.
Is that good or bad??

It's impossible to say without a complete history and physical. You can't assess one laboratory parameter and come up with a conclusion.

Thats one of those things that can be nothing at all or a big deal:

High red blood cell count: Causes - MayoClinic.com

I would do a full check up to make sure.(if you haven't already)
