My shoulder has been painful for about a month and I didn't have any injury, so I suspect it's osteo-arthritis and inflammation

I'm trying to overcome this condition without having to take any drugs; eating an anti-inflammatory diet, drinking lots of water, taking glucosamine&chondroiten and minimal vitamins

Does anyone have any experience with this natural approach to arthritis and inflammation

Well I would go in to confirm that with the doctor as i t can be a sign of heart trouble. If you are not on anything you could check out yogi tea's joint comfort herbal tea:
Yogi Tea - Green tea, organic herbal tea, black tea and Kundalini yoga. (http://www.yogitea.com/Pages/OurTeas/BodyTeas/JointComfort.html - broken link)

Arnica Montana 30CC in place of advil. Aloe juice drinks to sooth inflammation. Another one is tart cherry juice. (very good/tasty). There are various detox methods you can try to. The easiest one is a organic meatless week. Aim for zero processed for best results. At least avoid wheat, corn and animal products.
