Yes, the wonderful world of Sunflower seeds. I have planted many sunflower seeds to obtain organic seeds to eat. Well, sunflower seeds have 22 vitamins, minerals and protein in every single kernel. They are also significant quantities of thiamine, niacin and Vitamin D. also iron that few foods thr than egg yolks and lve, can compete with t. Now the protein leve is even higher per pound than the protein in meat. YEAP! and this protein is easily digested and highly nutritious.

You will get your source of essentials like calcium, phosphorous, iron, vitamin B-1, B2, iodine ( natural form, Vitamin D and richness of poly-unsaturated oil.

Russia is the world's largest producer of sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds, were being cultivated by the Indians before Christopher Columbus arrived.

You have to soak raw sunflower seeds because they high in anti-nutrients but otherwise they are very healthy.

What's an anti-nutrient? Like Anti-matter that it seeks out nutrients and explodes on contact? That's got to sting.

Even then, what do you soak them in? I know things you soak in lye for edibility (green olives, soften and reduce Oleuropein) or make more of the nutrition available (maize)...but destroy anti-nutrients? Sounds like quantum physics.
