cure for vitiligo (reviews, immune, disease, cause)

I am looking for an effectiver treawtment or cure for vitiligo disease. Does any one have some experience about vitiligo or know about the cure of vitiligo?

No cure because it is an auto immune disease. I have heard of some therapies to help cover the white areas.

I use Dermablend to cover my vitiligo and it does a really good job. Other days I put bronzer on to hide it a bit. Here is a post I wrote about Dermablend.
