Chest presses tend to firm the "girls" up without loosing too much mass. Also need to incorporate chest flys to name but a few.
As for me I'm trying to turn the "women" back into "teenagers." The suckers really hurt when you're speed walking or trying to jog again! I don't care what sports bra the "experts" design, those babies are gonna punch you in the nose when you get upto speed.

While we're speaking of "the twins", I want you all to know that I'm really in love with these low-rise jeans. Not the REAL low ones, but the ones that sit slightly below the waist. Why, you might ask? Well, because they make the twins look like they're farther away from my waist than they really are!
I'd gladly give up a little up top in order to get skinnier down below. I never had gigantic ones to begin with but have never had any complaints either.
