A research study out of Purdue University's Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering and Dept of Chemistry showed that obesity has a strong correlation in which how a cell processes insulin whether the ''obesity'' gene's were present or not.
Seems like a no **** conclusion to me, there are many factors in obesity...genes and insulin are just a few. I would be interested in the correlation of the model, and if they factored in high glycemic index foods in how it reacts.
