I just can't imagine with all the food I've been eating lately that I'm not getting enough vitamins. Drinking a beer now and I notice the twitching has stopped!
If there is it should be listed on the can. Maybe it's just the alcohol calming your nerves.

Husband is an optometrist. Eye twitches are caused by strain, stress, or fatigue. In extreme cases Botox can be injected to paralyze the muscle having spasms.

Latest Update: My twitch seems to be improving. It was acting up last night, but on the whole, it appears to be diminishing. Must be a little nerve that gets inflamed for a while and takes time to go away.
