I think you (women) may need a measured supplementation that is a good balance of estrogen and progestin and not a soy based phytoestrogen.

Soy product are only negative on men,(at least that is what the study said). For woman it was a positive effect.
But still this is a natural change in your body, you should worry about it.

No, it's not good for women either. Last time I checked women AND men have thyroids and need to absorb minerals from their food. The hormonal issue is just one of the many problems with soy.

Ok, like I said, I have only read about hormonal, I have actually not read anything about thyroid (not saying it is not true, just that I haven't read anything about it)
