LOL! That's fine, I never eat breakfast anyways, so everyone might think something is wrong. Hopefully my eyes won't be so bloodshot by the time I wake up.

Maybe I should add some contribution instead of looking like a stoner.

If I can't sleep like I normally can't, I tend to start drinking, and after that I'll play some Counter-Strike or do my homework, which ever I load up first... It's normally Counter-Strike.

I browse the net researching things that I have been wanting to but aren't that important to mess with during daylight hours. Reply to emails, make herbal tea, watch DVD's. I never enjoy insomnia.

Sleepy Time tea. I'll read or watch a little TV until it kicks in.

I focus really hard on slowly counting backwards from 200. It almost always works if you can really meditate on the counting. If you start thinking other thoughts, re-direct yourself back to the counting and start again.

I always have problems in the spring + fall when the time changes, it screws upo my 'body-clock'. I've had great success in fixing that wit over-the-counter 3 MG melatonin pills. 2 pills 1 hour before you want to sleep.
