Indoor heating would dry you out. When I'm dry I don't sneeze. It could be dust or lots of different things. Have you brought any fresh flowers in your home recently? Last spring I had an attack quite like what you are experiencing after hubby brought fresh flowers in the house. It was the first time I had reacted that way and I had to put those flowers outside quickly but it took care of the problem and convinced hubby I was really very sensitive to pollen!
But...use the dryer....the heat can kill any mites and sterilize the allergens they leave behind.
