You didnt have my options listed so I voted the big V, but in my case its the big T. cut em, burn em, and fill em with concrete if ya have to. I wish theyd just yank the whole nine yards, but they wont fix it if it aint broke.
If you don't want get pregnant, there is only one 100%: abstinence. Using the pill, the big V, a condom, tubal ligation AND pulling out should work just fine until menopause kicks in.

The last thing on a guy's mind, when he's trying to sneak the condom off, is getting the girl pregnant. His main purpose of trying to sneak it off, is generally to make the sex feel better, not thinking about the consequences involved.
abstinence is the most effective method, but by no means the best . Anyone who thinks the condom is best is either a woman or has never tried it without one. The pill is great b/c I dont have to do anything and dont have to use a condom. The big V might be best but I am too young to think I won't ever want to have kids. So in conclusion, condoms suck, abstinence is something people preach but dont practice and the pill is awesome as long as you trust the woman is using it properly.
