It suggests 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight, and 1.5 inches for every once of items such as caffeine, alcoholic beverages. This is a quick summary. For me that was 75 ounces of water, or roughly more than 2 quarts of water. That seems like a lot for someone who should be drinking that much given that I live in Utah, a very very dry state. I will post on my progress.
