I'm starting to wonder about 2 light beers (95 cals) every afternoon......I'm a runner (4-8 miles) and think I deserve to have a couple of beers as a reward.

There are new studies that show that even one drink a day can have adverse affects on your health (mainly cancer).

Just being alive increases your chance of getting cancer.

And next year they will come up with drinking beer promotes health.
Having a drink lowers stress and in recent studies it has been promoted as a healthy thing to do.
Do you know what else causes cancer? BPA. Its everywhere. Also we have food additives, pesticides, herbicides, household cleaners, etc... all are bad for us.
I will continue to drink wine moderately and I enjoy myself while doing so.

and other studies indicate this is not,or was not a good study. A study can show whatever the study wants to show: for everyone that might say even one drink can affect cancer or the possibility of developing cancer there are 3 others that show that drinking a couple of glasses of wine a day is beneficial. No one really knows the answer. Look around you, think of those you have know who have battled cancer and decide how many have been affected by alcohol. That is a good guideline
