I just heard on the news that up until August 2008, Sigg was using BPA in the lining of their bottles. The company is having an exchange program so consumers can swap them for safe ones.
They lost me as a customer a long time ago. They said it was a "secret" formula lining and never mentioned that the bottles were aluminum either.

oh, i just got one for my Birthday and i love it. i assumed it was stainless steel. that sucks.
