That's correct

What are they?? I goggled it and it said it could be from sweat. I run 3.5 miles everyday and sweat a lot. It said to shower ASAP and loofah the area. I have and they remain. Then I started using facial soap and loofah and they remain. They won't go away.

Do I need to go to the dr and get a medical cream? I really don't want to go to the dr for this.

I'm serious and a little embarrassed so helpful advice only please.
