Hi - whenever I have back pain, it is always between my spine and my left shoulderblade - closer to the shoulderblade, almost underneath it. What back muscle am I moving when I turn my head to the left? Currently, that is when I feel the pain in my back. Thanks bunches!

There are gazillions of muscles there: latissimus dorsi, infraspinatus, subscapularis are just three of 'em. There are more. Impossible to tell which muscle it is from merely describing it.
