Ask your dr, if they haven't already to run a lab for Vit D deficiency. The test is called 25vitD. This has been going on with me for quite a while. I used to work with rheumatologists and i thought it only happened to little onl ladies..lol. But my vit d was under the radar. I have to take it 2x a day, plus 50,000 iu weekly to keep it just within range and my pain is not so bad when it is under control. I used to take the 50k only monthly and there has been a signifigant difference since the weekly dose.
