I took mine today and it's 107 over 71. What's yours?

My BP fluctuates quite a bit , 127/70 this morning. I wonder how accurate those home monitors are? I drink coffee every morning and it does not affect my BP perhaps the body is used to it.
Latest info indicates that high BP increases the risk of Alzheimer's tremedously.I would not hesitate to take meds to control it.

Between 86/60 - 110/70, if I am stressed it's like 120/90. My bottom number tends to be high often. But after I gave birth from my first baby it shot up to 161/100 and the 2nd baby 191/110. Both times they had a very hard time getting my pressure down with medication. Now my pressure is fine and I don't take any medication for it, but I still have to watch it.

Without my meds, i've seen it get as high as 202/109. when on my meds it tends to stay close to normal. 127/85. so high that my Dr told me if I had a headache that I needed to go the ER. Well I've had headaches but I've never gone to the ER. I'm a gambler.

173/90.It's been this way for a number of years. Every time I get it taken they ask me if I'm on medication. I say, no and that's the end of it. I usually exercise a lot but at this time I have a torn tendon I'm told to rest and do no exercise. I ride long distances so I train a lot. I don't know what else to do. I do rides anywhere from 1 to 2 to 8 to 16 to 21 hours at a time.

Its really strange but I got slapped in the hospital at 160/100 because I had an inverted p-wave. p-wave is normal now.

I am maintained now at 120/70 with BP meds but if I miss ......... [not rebound drugs] I am still at 120/70 .............I like the graphic. I am getting a good guage to take my BP daily to take to the doctor to get off the meds.
