There is such a thing as a "Highly Sensitive Person". I actually just bought a book that talks about it. I am DEFINITELY a highly sensitive person. If you find yourself a LOT more aware of your surrroundings and you take in a LOT of detail then it probably means you're a highly sensitive person.
