I wish it was easier to avoid HFCS...I don't mind spending 10 extra minutes reading labels in the grocery store, but many people do not have that luxury of time or they may live in an area where you don't even have the option to choose a no-HFCS yogurt or pasta sauce, for example. Even though I try to be vigilant, they sneak it into so many things these days it's truly frightening.
