Thanks everyone. I'm getting blood work done Sunday morning and hoping for the best and will go from there as to what could be wrong as I'm having a few other symptoms as well.

I've had Raynaud's phenomenon for at least 10 years. My fingers and toes. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to an hour for the blood supply to return. Then when that happens the affected areas turn a purplish red and they get really burning hot. Best thing for me to do is run warm water over the area until the blood returns.

Good luck with it. My mother has raynauds but she goes blue. Also 10 and 10.

There are many health issues that can cause poor circulation. One of the ways my gram figured out that she had artery clogging issues was that her hands and feet were always cold. When her cholesterol improved, that did too.

Do you smoke? Are you getting a blood sugar test in your lab series?

The other thing is that it could of been frostbite and you keep on biting it with exposure so to speak.
Below 32 is cold enough. So if you exposed yourself again and again to under 30 inonly sneakers...Well socks and sneaks don't keep me warm either. If your feet are already chilly before you go out it won't take the cold very long to pull the tissue temp down low enough to start to damage it.
