I sleep about 8 to 10 hours per day. Sometimes that includes a nap. If I sleep less than 8 hours, I'll usually sleep longer the next day.

It's great to be retired and no longer sleep deprived.

That is so true. I do not nap much, but I do like my 9 hours when I can get it and I love getting up a 5am when I feel like it, or 6:30 if I feel like it. I also love being able to do what I want when I do get up: no more get dressed, slap on the make up, grab a quick bite and off the work I go.

I slept 12 hours last night as the night before I didn't sleep. Usually I sleep six hours.
