Do any of you have a teen child who has been diagnosed as being bi-polar on medicine and still out of control?
They have changed her medication four times by one doctor and is being counseled by another and doesn't seem to be helping with her explosive behavior if she doesn't get her way...She is putting the whole family (three other sisters) in an emotional state plus financial stress to say the least. She has two parents who work but don't meet the criteria for SSI as they are not low income. Everything is for low income and the hard working people are screwed. I wanted to know if anyone out there is going through the same thing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
