Yep, the knife will pull forward about 2" from inside that was intended to anchor the penis. That "growth" will leave the man with a limp noodle when erect due to the loss of it's anchor. Not pretty picture.

My guess is that if this procedure were any real good there would be a line of guys around the block waiting to get a longer noodle.
Any type of steroid can royally screw up all kinds of other systems and will not make your penis grow, but rather, will shrink your testicles while making you go bald and grow breasts.
