What is the best way to tighten loose skin? First of all, I'm not even certain I have loose skin. I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs, but I have lots of skin around my belly that I can pinch and pull. I'm guessing it's "loose skin". Is there a way to tighten/tone it? I run and swim a lot, but cardio does not seem to do much.

Hey there Kevin! Are we talking about a desire for a six pack here? Perhaps just a four pack. Or, would you settle for a three?! In any case, wether you have a desire for the "pack" or just want to tutt(tighten up the tum!), it has been this old guys experience that you may want to incorporate these 3 essentials for your best shot at success-proper diet, proper cardio, and proper ab training.

And, since any possible exercise regimen can deplete your body of essential nutrients, make sure you supplement your body with multivitamins and minerals.

Proper eating!! No junk food! Fresh veggies, len meats, fiber, high fiber cerals, oatmeal, stuff like that. And you'll need to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

You say you've been doing cardio. Aerobic exercise is important. Cardiovascular exercise is what will burn off calories and any body fat. 20 to 30 min. of good cardiovascular 2 to 3 times per week.

Train your abs 2-3 times per week(i.e. Mon-Wed.-Fr.) It's best if you train your abs with resistance exercises, like incline bench sit-ups, leg raises. 10, 15 reps per set, 3 or 4 sets.

Hope this helps! Now, where did I put my "six pack?"
