These are several questions regarding experiencing death.

From what I understand it only takes about 10-20 seconds after the heart stops beating (blood cannot flow to the brain) so a person can no longer have a conscious, lucid and organized experience. But what if the person is experiencing consciousness during this time? What does this mean?

Do blind people (who were born blind) dream in vision? If not, then why is it that those who have a near death experience describe having the ability to see, as an OBE?

How is it possible for a person, after being claimed clinically dead, to come back from the dead hours or days later? Does science have an answer to this?

You are conflating stories. The use of the guillotine fairly well established the speed of death without blood to the brain. Less than a minute was about the longest that any conscious or semi-conscious response was ever noted. With use of cooling, heart surgery patients are often alive without a heartbeat for much longer periods of time. Near-death experiences are generally brief.

Dunno, need a cite for that.

"How is it possible for a person, after being claimed clinically dead, to come back from the dead hours or days later? Does science have an answer to this?"

Look up voodoo and zombies and pufferfish for one example.

lol zombies

Science is getting to the point where they might be able to bring you back no matter what. There was an article on here or pop science where they invented a fluid that can keep an organ alive outside the body for over 14 days.

Also with the advance or nano technology one might be able to be brought back to life even if half of there body was blown off. There are also the crowd of people frozen who paid good money to be brought back to life even tho there hearts have not had a beat for over many years. In this case, if the brain is intact and they can stop the dying process in time to save the memories inside then one is not really dead since they could bring you back.
