Default I was thinking more of Synapse City

I ran into Jerry Vale while visiting Hawaii, as he was leaving a radio show. I asked for...and he gave me his autograph. Jerrry would have been right if he had broke out with "You Don't Know Me"..... because this happened the other night....while I was sleeping. Where was I?

Like the face of a compass, this could go in a number of directions. Definitely not a "travel" thread...more like following the road to Synapse City!

I realize that this thread is a "sleeper"...in that it is in the History forum. When we lay in bed asleep, where does the dreamer part of us travel to... to dream?
A few quotes:

“The best thing about dreams is that fleeting moment, when you are between asleep and awake, when you don't know the difference between reality and fantasy, when for just that one moment you feel with your entire soul that the dream is reality, and it really happened.” unknown

“Be careful what you wear to bed at night, you never know who you'll meet in your dreams.” bawbawa

"Dreams are the touchstones of our character". - Henry David Thoreau

Never could determine if "Dreamboat Annie" (Heart) was actually rough talking Tugboat Annie...

"Dream a Little Dream of Me." (Mamas and Papas)

"Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" -Dick

Wherever we go in our dreams, I suspect Disney is trying to figure out a way to charge admission and make it illegal to download them to our waking life.

I am glad that dreams are free!

If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less but to dream more, to dream all the time.
- Marcel Proust

If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize. Muhammad Ali

Some people see things that are and ask, Why? Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not? Some people have to go to work and don't have time for all that. George Carlin

You’re thinking of that popular intersection in Synapes City ..…the corner of Peace & Quiet! A real “head-phone zone”!
