Been interested in a Military Channel show called Nazi Collaborators. They've shown several countries that willingly, without any threats of violence from Nazi troops, committed acts of rape, torture, and mass murder of their own Jewish neighbors. Some were so vicious and violent that theNazis felt they had to take control of them befor they got out of hand. Troops from these countries willingly went into other countries to exterminate Jews. Lithuania was one of these countries.
Does any one have a list of nations that willingly worked with Nazis to exterminate Jews?
It's not so much nations but the Nazis were helped by people within the Occupied countries. Probably the governments of Hungary and Bulgaria would be called willing participants with other nations being coerced by occupation or threats. Most of the occupied nations had elements more than willing to assist the Nazis with the Final Solution, whether they knew the end result or not.

Coerced? While I will grant you the fact that the governments of occupied Europe were at the time puppet regimes but to deny the existence of rabid anti-semitism in Europe, both east and west, is a bit contrary to the historical facts. The Nazis found willing partners throughout occupied Europe with a few exceptions, Bulgaria being one shining example. But that was not the case in Poland, Hungry, the Baltic states, Greece or Yugoslavia.

Switzerland did allow trains heading toward the camps to pass through it, and was perfectly happy to buy the stolen wealth of those taken and imprisoned. When the gold was rings and chunks from teeth and jewelry and the silver spoons and forks, you'd expect them to question how they got such a volume of ordinary objects. But they didn't need to. The colusion of the Swiss has long been known. It is only in recent times that they've agreed to release funds in accounts sent there by Jews and others who died during the war with no records remaining to descendents, and there were multiple stories of the boxes of known victurm being looted by the banks and gotten out of sight as they'd denied there were any.
And lets not forget the French jondarms who made it unnecessary for the SS to arrest its victums as the police did it for them, chained them together and put them on trains headed for Germany.
Many of the German occupied countries had puppet leaders that gladly supported the nazi collection of jews, and many of the citizens either outright participated or turned a blind eye to it all. The Netherlands for instance - had more jews per capita die in concentration camps then any other country I believe. Those that helped collect and arrest them to send off to Germany weren't occuiped SS troops - but your everyday dutch police officer of the time.
Incidently there were also several Dutch SS divisions (although, of course, as losses mounted, later in the war the Nazi's included several SS divisions manned from occupied countries)
A line in the movie "the girl with the dragon tattoo" struck me. A former Nazi sympathizer told a reporter "I'm the most honest man". Reporter, "in this family?" Nazi, "In Switzerland".

Thailand was fairly complicit. I mean, what the hell did they do to try and stop it? Not a damn thing. I think Thailand should pay several billion dollars to Israel, for starters.
