Selected from this list only, which empire would you want to be an average 15-30 year old middle class citizen in an average city of. Not destitutely poor, but not rich or famous or noble either. Think in terms of jobs, education, health, standards of living, raising a family, etc.

Achaemenid empire has the wrong date.
Interesting choice with the Weimar Republic. Since it wasn't an empire.

I don't think that some of the listed empires had a middle class of any kind.

As for my choice, I select the Joe Empire. It may sound like a low rent sovereignty, but it strikes me as probably the easiest to take over with a coup.
