There is a show on National Geographic channel tonight called Inside World War 2. It is very good and I have seen and learned things I never knew about. The footage is incredible. What the people went through was incredible. One complaint is when they show the world map I don't know whose idea it was to have the land be blue and the ocean brown?
Besides that excellent production and SO much better than reality show after reality show.
Check it out.

Yes, I watched it and DVR'd it. It was very good. Great overview of the war from all over the world. It was, of course, slightly slanted to the American point of view. I also found it interesting every German flag, etc was made red, even though most of the footage was black and white.
