1) If the 2010 G8 Summit (in June of that year) had been held in a different country than Canada (it was hosted in real life in the Muskoka resort area just north of Toronto), would the G20 Summit that took place at the same time have still been in Toronto or, for that matter, in Muskoka?

2) If the G8 Summit in the United States (that took place in real life in 2012 at Camp David) were to be held a few years later (let's say, in 2017), would it still be at Camp David, given that the real-life 2012 G8 Summit was supposed to be in Chicago to coincide with the NATO Summit there and it was moved at the last minute? Is Camp David, in other words, just a last-minute summit venue like that?

(Both of the above questions are assuming that 1-2 additional countries get added into the G7/G8 apparatus than in real life, rejigging the summit schedule away from the real-life schedule.)

3) The G7/G8 summits have been hosted since almost the beginning of the G6/G7's existence either in May, June, or July. If a Southern Hemisphere country had been admitted to the G7 (e.g. Australia), and it was Australia's turn to hold a summit, would such a summit have been held in another month, given that May-July is during the late autumn and winter (not late spring and summer as in the Northern Hemisphere)? Would any summit in Australia have been held in April-May instead, so earlier in the autumn?
