So I just recently moved to johnstown pa and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good abandoned or creepy places around the area or up to about an hour and a half of johnstown. I'm quite into photography, and paranormal investigation as well. Just trying to see if I can find anything worth exploring. Thank you.

Yeah I definitely wanna take a trip up there. It's about 3 and a half hours away so I'm just waiting for this damn winter weather to break.

A bit closer to you are the Rays Hill and Sideling Hill tunnels of the old abandoned PA Turnpike. First one mentioned was featured in the movie version of "The Road".

This is the history forum. I would suggest posting in the PA forum, or the paranormal forum.

Ahhhh yeah I've heard about the abandoned pa turnpike. Is it worth the drive? I've wanted to check that out too.

Wouldn't downtown Johnstown qualify as an "abandoned or creepy place?"
