I think Hammurabi would be a decent president. For sure he would return us to the 'rule of law'. If he didn't want the job, I'd want Marcus Aurelius. Cyrus the Great is an excellent suggestion too, except for his being too eager to go to war. However, he sure did treat everyone with respect and honor.
