of unimaginable power.

So consider a cybernetic AI computer system with full C4 capability, something that could penetrate into one's own computers in seconds. So one's smart bombs may be out of the question.

What's the best we have today to lay down pure fire power, a heck of a lot of lead (or heat) in a very short time?
There are nuclear bomb detonators that are analog. I guess this AI cannot touch from afar.

Without knowing the character of the target, this is hard to do.

But if you just want hot steel on a target, my suggestion would be a C130J Spectre gunship.

They were developed during Vietnam (then called "Puff the magic Dragon") and have since undergone a zillion upgrades. When SpecOps forces need lots of steel on target right now, they call up Spectre. In fact, most SpecOps deployments include a Spectre as a backup, just in case. They are based on the east coast of the United States and deploy frequently.

They are also very modern day; their motto is 'Death from above." It was a Spectre gunship that mistakenly wiped out that hospital in Kunduz a couple weeks ago. In one pass.

Edit:

The newest version of the C-130J gunship is now called 'Ghostrider.'

You can read a story about it - and some of its capabilities - here:
