How would Europe look if controlled by only those 3 countries?

The Germans would take everything East of them.

I guess France would take over Iberia, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy and Malta.

What about the British, which parts would go to them?

The big four I'd say, Russia -for all its faults- has been a major European player for quite some time now. After it was Russia, along with Prussia, Austro-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire that did indeed made a good repartition of Central/Southern/Eastern/Northern Europe throughout the past centuries.

If there was a big 4 then why did Russia not have any overseas colonies?

Germany didn't have significant colonies either, yet according to you is one of the big 3.

The actually did if you consider Russia was the largest country in the world stretching through all of Asia to the Pacific Ocean and beyond including what is now Alaska and the northern Japanese islands. That is no small task.

This has nearly happened in part at various times in history. Napoleonic France conquered Spain and what would be Germany and Italy. The Hapsburgs at various points controlled what would be Germany, northern Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and of course Austria, Hungary and the Balkans, but not all quite at the same time. Denmark, Norway, Sweden and parts of Britain were united under the Danelaw. WWII was obviously a version of this, with Germany and Russia splitting Eastern Europe.

Default If there was a Scramble for Europe in the late-1800's, led by the Big 3...

Well, if Queen Victoria was revealed to be King Victor in drag, things would have turned out a whole lot different, that's for certain.

Being at the height of nationalism, and remembering the events of WWI, I don't really see how this could have been possible.
