I doubt they made off with a lot . Everything was bombed and hotter enacted a scorched earth policy . Basically destroying everything as the Germans retreated .

Their biggest finds were in the U-boat construction, over haul and repair yards. Needless to say, shipyards are very difficult to move.

Likewise, alot of them were in eastern Germany or what is now Poland. This kept them out of range of allied bombers for much of the war. Also, by the time the bombers had the range, currently produced U-boats were no longer a threat so the yards were not really heavily bombed.

They got a lot of technology, including V-2 parts and some whole V-2.
